The hotel had a very suitable setup for families with children. Staff was friendly and helpful especially Chef Reda at the garden mage restaurant.

The resort had a large aquapark suitable for both children and adults, with many different slides. The restaurant staff were very polite and cute. I especially enjoyed the wide variety of food options available on the all-inclusive plan, including many desserts and fruits.
The all-inclusive package had limitations, as I discovered I needed to pay extra for certain snacks like ice cream. Playing pool also required an additional fee, not included in the package.

The accommodation provided a kettle along with coffee and tea. Daily housekeeping ensured fresh towels and a tidy space. The room had a garden view and a view of the pool.

The hotel has a very large, beautiful territory. I had a superb room looking over the garden and pool. A large aquapark sits nearby. It caters to both kids and adults. Many different slides provide fun. I particularly commend the restaurant staff for their polite and cute attitude.
I noticed a minor issue of there being no provided transport from this location to the downtown area. Other hotels generally provide this convenience.

The staff demonstrates gentle, helpful attitudes. Individuals at the reception desk, including Mustafa and Mahmoud, offer great support. I must also mention Fares in housekeeping; he always kept my room spotless.

I felt a real upgrade to my room happened, and it was complimentary. the food IS scrumptious, especially the veal. restaurant staff showed genuine care. marhous from cleaning services crafted towel art DAILY. I found it a special touch and i felt a real dedication to service.
i noticed the pool music WAS a bit loud sometimes.

The aquapark stood out as a highlight. We spent joyful days gliding down the slides with our children. a convenient snack and drink bar was located nearby. the staff charmed us with their attentiveness, especially to our children, often engaging them with smiles and gentle interactions.
the evening entertainment started late, around 9:30 pm, difficult for our young children to stay awake and enjoy it fully.
